We offer a live class for the student who learns better in a small interpersonal environment.

Classroom sessions are conducted at our location thoughout the year. Classes are scheduled on a demand basis and are subject to minimum enrollments.

Our next class begins on August 1, 2017.

Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:30 to 9:30pm.

|
Completion date for the 2 class package is November 21, 2017

Broker Pre-license Package $595
Includes:
75 hr pre-license topics
15 hr interactive educaton

|
|
Broker Pre-license classes meets the 90 hour educational reqirement for Illinois Broker licensing candidates.
|
|
|
|
|
The 75 hr Broker Pre license class meets Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm - 9:30pm, for 25 sessions.
|
|
|
Broker Prelicense 15 hr Interactive Education meets on Tues and Thurs immediately after the 75 hour class is completed.

|
|
15hr Broker Pre-licensing interactive education course only: $275

Broker Post Licensing Class
|
|
|
Brokers must complete 30 hours of Post Licensing Education before the 1st renewal of their licenses.
